Return Policy

We only accept returns if the product is deemed faulty, not for change of mind. Proof of faulty product must be provided in detail and upon arrival. The customer has 7 days from delivery arrival date to contact Harlequin Hounds for an exchange or refund. Exchanges & refunds are at the discretion of Harlequin Hounds.

If a product is incorrect sizing, the customer has 14 days from arrival to contact Harlequin Hounds it MUST be returned and in resalable condition. Once item is received the correct size will be sent to the customer. It is up to the customer to choose the correct size for their pet, sizing charts are provided and if the customer is unsure on how to measure or choose size they need to contact Harlequin Hounds for advice. Failure to do so will result int the customer having to pay shipping for return or void refund at Harlequin Hounds discretion.

12 Months Product Repair Warranty*

Warranty only valid for faulty product, not for change of mind as most of our work is custom made. Faulty product must not caused by dog damage or owner negligence to provide appropriate care and use of products for their intended purpose.

If the product is repairable it must be returned to Harlequin Hounds at buyers cost and Harlequin Hounds will repair the damages. If the product is frequently damaged Harlequin Hounds will need to investigate if its due to incorrect use and care or if the product. *This does not include general wear. If the customer is not using the product for intended purpose it voids all repair and warranty. Final decision is made at Harlequin Hounds discretion.

Hardware Warranty

We have multiple hardware options, while we do strive to provide the best quality products available, some materials are more hardy than others. With appropriate care your hardware will last. if you are intending to use your equipment for style and not over long periods of time, we happily suggest any option. If you plan to leave the collar on for longer periods of time and adventure into water we suggest corrosive-resistant materials such as solid brass or our silver options (which include stainless steel, zinc or nickel).
